Baking is indeed fun and I have realised it quite late. It’s just a few years back that I started baking. Though I still struggle with the best results. Yet I never lose hope and keep trying.  When I found out this easy way of no-bake cheesecake recipe, I was overjoyed. It reduced the stress I get when my baking process goes wrong. It tasted delicious and anyone can make this cheesecake.

I would suggest you to try making this no-bake cheesecake recipe with your kids. They will certainly love it. Many of my readers are just like me, amateur bakers. We try, we fail and we keep trying. I believe that should be the main spirit.

Well, who doesn’t love cheese? I love them on my pizza, on my cake, in my sandwich and in my pasta. Of all one of my most favourite dessert is Cheesecakes. Cheese cakes are really tasty but with the taste also comes the high content of calories. But some calories once in a month aren’t that bad, isn’t it? As I already told how baking is quite stressful for me, I found this no-bake cheese cake recipe quite easy and quick.

You need not do any baking for this cake and all the ingredients will be easily available in any grocery store. I have been following many food blogs and youtube channels, this one is also from one of my favourite channel which I saw quite some time back.

So I have decided to follow the step by step procedure and was quite successful. Thus I decided why not share with my readers. For the cake, you would need-

Basic No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

8-10 Digestive biscuits

Cream Cheese (One Packet)

Butter- 4-5 teaspoons

Sugar- powdered regular sugar or castor sugar (one cup or as according to the sweetness level you need)

Vanilla essence

Regular Cream (I used Amul fresh cream)

Choco Chips and Chocolate syrup for garnishing

First, break the biscuits into small pieces and grind it coarsely in a grinder. Take the crumbs, mix 4 to 5 teaspoons butter that will help the crumbs for binding. Take a non-stick springform baking tray, grease with butter.

Put all the crumbs in there and gently either with a spatula or with your hand press so that the crumbs settle in and this shall make the base of our cheesecake.

Put the tray in the refrigerator for an hour or two and let the base settle down properly. There are lots of options for buying a springform cooking tray online. I will share the link at the end of this post.

For the next part, take a bowl, put the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Amul cream and blend all the three ingredients properly, put a few drops of vanilla essence. Here you can also add the choco chips or garnish it later. In the mean time take out the baking tray from the refrigerator, pour in the contents of the bowl and gently with the help of a spatula place it over the biscuit base.

On the top, I have generously used the choco chips. Make sure the layering is even. The thickness of the top layer depends on the quantity of the cream cheese and fresh cream you use, I have used a moderate amount  Take the tray again and put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours and let the top layer settle down.

Later you can take out and serve with ice cream and pour in the top some chocolate syrup, it tastes yummy. Summers are already here and due to the heat outside, it must be a difficult task to keep kids engaged at home. So why not try making no-bake cheesecake at home.
