Basic No Bake Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
8-10 Digestive biscuits
Cream Cheese (One Packet)
Butter- 4-5 teaspoons

Vanilla essence
Regular Cream (I used Amul fresh cream)
Choco Chips and Chocolate syrup for garnishing
Procedure:
First, break the biscuits into small pieces and grind it coarsely in a grinder. Take the crumbs, mix 4 to 5 teaspoons butter that will help the crumbs for binding. Take a non-stick springform baking tray, grease with butter.

For the next part, take a bowl, put the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Amul cream and blend all the three ingredients properly, put a few drops of vanilla essence. Here you can also add the choco chips or garnish it later. In the mean time take out the baking tray from the refrigerator, pour in the contents of the bowl and gently with the help of a spatula place it over the biscuit base.
On the top, I have generously used the choco chips. Make sure the layering is even. The thickness of the top layer depends on the quantity of the cream cheese and fresh cream you use, I have used a moderate amount  Take the tray again and put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours and let the top layer settle down.
Later you can take out and serve with ice cream and pour in the top some chocolate syrup, it tastes yummy. Summers are already here and due to the heat outside, it must be a difficult task to keep kids engaged at home. So why not try making no-bake cheesecake at home.
